Front Gate Contractor PIN Code
Dear Members,
Please find below the updated PIN Code created for residents to allow contractors, delivery and taxi/Uber drivers to access the Estate after hours.
The Updated PIN code is 68724#.
The previous PIN Code is 68693#; this will expire on the 31st of January 2026.
A new Contractor PIN Code will be issued every 3 months and provided to the community prior to the old one expiring.
Issuing the Contractor PIN Code represents a balance between security and community member convenience.
The PIN Code should only be provided to trusted individuals.
PIN Code keypad
Entry Process: The access panel is installed at the bollard, just before the vehicle entry gate on the right-hand side. When using a PIN Code:
- Enter the 5-digit PIN into the keypad, followed by the hash (#) key;
If the PIN Code is valid, a green light will illuminate on the keypad/reader and one beep will sound, otherwise a red light will illuminate and two beeps will sound.
